Sabireen Travelers and Traders was founded by Mr. Sabir Hussain Awan in 2006 as private company limited by shares. At the time of incorporation Mr. Sabir Hussain Awan was appointed as Chief Executive Officer (CEO) while Mr. Abdul Majeed and Mr. Muhammad Arif were appointed as directors of the company. Working altogether and continues efforts, company succeeded to acquired quota for pilgrims in 2006.

The company is registered with Government of Pakistan, Ministry of Religious Affairs and Interfaith Harmony (MoRA&IH) with the enrollment number 1163.
